Home concierge provides several services that range from a little bit of assistance to full management of your property such as: creating professional listings, meet and greet, guests screening, price optimization, communication, support, maintenance, cleaning, bed linen hire and provision of toiletries.

We are based in Palma de Mallorca and operate mainly in Palma, Port d’andratx, and Calvia’ municipality including: Peguera, Santa Ponsa, El Toro, Son Ferrer, Magalluf, Palma Nova, Portals Nous, Cas Catala’ Ses Illetes, Costa de la Calma, Costa de Blanes. In addition, we do cover some parts of South East, East and North Mallorca depending on property type.
Yes, we provide support over the weekend and public holidays in our full management services additional charges will apply.
For our full management service, we would need the photographs to be ready, house manuals completed, keys to be received, along with all other necessary documentation to put your listing live on Airbnb and other platforms. After the initial set up it normally takes up to 48h often less for your listing to go live on Airbnb. We use the most famous and profitable platforms for holiday lets such as: Airbnb, Homeaway, Wimdu, Booking.com, HolidayLettings, Flat4Day, FlipKey and many others. This will guarantee a maximum return from your property.
Yes, of course. You are the owner of the account and you will be able to track the entire communication process, price variations, reservations etc.
Home Concierge would require 4 sets of keys. We would need to provide one or two sets to your guests, one set for our meet and greet personnel and one that we will keep in case of an emergency.
You can cancel your subscription at any time and we don’t have a cancellation fee as long as you give us a month notice for your intention of withdrawal.
We will list your property on number of platforms such as Airbnb, Homeaway, Wimdu etc to ensure maximum exposure and highest possible return. In addition, we will perform dynamic price optimization to ensure that your property remains at the right level of occupancy.
We will check guest’s previous reviews and that they are verified. In addition, we will include a sizeable security deposit to ensure that we attract genuine guests with intention to look after the property. We would also perform further checks should we be in doubt.
We will check the property after each guest visit and will notify you of any damages immediately. Home Concierge would recommend you to contract a specific insurance for tourist housing. We have a minimum contract term of 2 months for the full property management services. Our contact is not fixed but rather rolling contract and can be cancelled any time as long as we receive a month notice of cancelation.
Yes, we do and it will be tailored to your property. Please let us know, should you have any specific requirements you want us to include in the house manual. Our house manuals are very comprehensive including invaluable information such as: emergency contacts, remote controls operations, instructions for appliances, refuse disposal, house rules, local transport, Attractions and amenities, Local recommendations and many more.
Home concierge provides check-in services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service will include welcoming the guests, explanation of house details, handing over keys and house manual, tourist advice and providing emergency phone numbers. We will ensure that the guests arrival is as pleasant as possible offering them useful information and personalized advice. On check-out, we will ensure that there aren’t any damages to the property, we will close all windows, and switch off all appliances.

Home Concierge provides comprehensive cleaning service including: cleaning of bathrooms and kitchens, lounge area and furniture, hallways and stairs, preparation of beds, sweeping and mopping the entire property and removal of rubbish.
No. The minimum requirement to order cleaning service is when its booked with Bed & Bath Linen Hire. You can select it from our “on demand services”. In addition, cleaning services are included in our full management service.
Depending on availability we can provide you with a cleaning service along with Bed linen hire in less than 48h.
Home Concierge will provide all cleaning products; however, the host will need to have in the property a mop and vacuum cleaner.
Home Concierge provides Bed & Bath Linen hire for those hosts who do not have time to prepare the bedding and bath for the arrival of their guests. We’ll provide high quality bed and bath linen normally used in 5 star hotels. This service will take the weight of your shoulder by not having to wash, iron, and prepare bed and bath linen.
Our basic service includes bed & bath linen designed for 2 people consisting of: fitted sheet, a duvet cover for a double bed, 2 pillowcases, 2 shower towels, 2 washbasin towels and bath mat. In addition, we have other sizes to meet all individual needs.
For an additional charge, we can provide guest toiletries with this service such as: shampoo, body wash and hand soap. Upon request we can also provide toilet paper.
No. We offer this service only combined with our cleaning service. It is included in our Full Management Service.
